OT Vest comes in handy when there is more than just one user or when one user requires additional inserts in times of meltdowns or therapy sessions. It is an easier and faster process to load the weight inserts with the outer pockets. The vest can stay on while the weight is mended.  

Front plastic fasteners hold the vest in one place but also allows quick changing when used by the group of pupils in the classroom or therapy session. 

This vest can be loaded with more than just 5% weight that is suggested in the everyday vest. The user can determine the level verbally or non-verbally by showing the willingness of wearing it for longer. It is known that children with the sensory integration disorder might feel more comfortable with a heavier vest than just standard suggested. This vest can be used in intervals and in the time length determined by the user. 

Observation is the key point. 

A weighted vest applies deep pressure to the muscles and joints of the user. Weighted therapy is recommended with such disorders as:
